All Inclusive Fire Pit & Pad Installs

Our all inclusive price of $3675 includes installation of a spacious 14x14 foot paver pad with a ringed wood burning round fire pit as the center piece. That's a 196 square foot outdoor space that is perfect for family gatherings! 

What does the $3675 include? Great question!

• Fire Pit Kit & Ring
• A 14ft x 14ft pad (196 SQFT) 
• Your choice of paver type, pattern and color
• Your choice of fire pit color
• Excavation of sod and dirt required for install
• Haul off of debris and any excavated materials
• Atlantic Stonework's 1 Year Workmanship Warranty

What is not included:

• Sprinkler head relocation (complimentary sprinkler head capping is included if you do not wish to relocate sprinklers)
• The pulling of any permits (this can be done at an additional charge and varies by county and municipality)
• HOA Approval (this must be done by the homeowner)

Disclaimer: 

• Homeowners are responsible for obtaining any permits necessary from the HOA or the county for the work described in this estimate.
• Homeowners are responsible for having the irrigation/plants relocated out of the area where pavers will be installed.
• Homeowners are responsible for cleaning any dust from cutting pavers that will land on the pool screen/house/fence/personal property, etc.
• Homeowners are responsible for having their screen door raised so that pavers fit underneath them after completion of our work if necessary
• Homeowners are responsible calling 811 to locate underground wiring

Deposit Disclosure:

Please be advised that Atlantic Stonework will not order any material until an estimate is signed and returned.  Atlantic Stonework requires a 50% deposit prior to any pavers being delivered.
